The "great challenge": German on the phone. You will improve, with a special application training the specialized vocabulary, all the important phrases and a basic level of rhetorical "tricks".
Additionally you will learn how to prepare for an important phone call and how to improvise successfully. You will lose all fear of the "hot line" to act with confidence when dealing with government office, agencies and business partners improving your career opportunities.
