- Conversation training with patients, colleagues, and superiors using role-playing
- Understanding work instructions and asking targeted questions if something is unclear
- Intensive writing training (filling out care documents, writing work reports with the appropriate technical vocabulary)
- In-depth study of general grammar knowledge: tenses (present, perfect, imperfect, future), adjectives, adverbs, personal and possessive pronouns
- Application training: Perfect appearance at interviews, correct writing of application and resume
- Learning how to continue learning independently (excursions to libraries, to the hospital)

Target group:
Persons working or interested in health and care professions with German language skills at level B1 who want to improve their language skills and specifically focus on practical application in the health and care sector.
Course objective:
You will acquire comprehensive German language skills in both general and care-specific areas, and gain basic knowledge about your future field of work and the various institutions. Targeted preparations will make you fit for various entrance exams and interviews. At the end of the course, you will also have a professionally designed resume with a photo (on a data carrier for further use). Through your actively acquired skills, you will gain a strengthened self-confidence in your profession or for applying for a position in the health and care sector.
Requirement:
Basic German language skills (level B1)
Classification:
A placement test is recommended before the course begins. Basic German language skills (level B1) should be present. Please arrange an appointment with us for the placement.
